Mylot displays Age at profile, does that bother u

I just noticed today that mylot displays our age at our profile and i felt there should be an option to use in choosing to make it public or private just like facebook. I feel thats a breach of our privacy. I know definitely alot of people will not be happy about this. They should display date of birth excluding the year. Some will be tempted to falsify their age

Hi megaplaza,
it doesn't really bother me if they display my age in my profile. I don't have any good reason to hide my age here. And I never look at their age before giving any response. But, you suggestion about displaying your date of birth excluding the year also a good idea. So we know when is our friend birthday. Maybe we can wish him/her happy birthday.

Exactly, also i hope they will add feature that reminds you of a friend b'day and enable you to send virtual gift.

You don't get it. They calculate your age base on the date of birth u used when signing up and display ur age. I have problem with that cos am tempted to ......:-x

No it does not bother me that mylot displays my age at my profile.
