How do you take your coffee?

One of the things I love about coffee is that everyone drinks it differently, but we all drink it. I like mine super strong, and black. When I was growing up, my dad used to make Turkish coffee. For those of you who have never had it, you cook it in something called an ibrick, which looks like a little copper pot that squeezes in at the middle. You put coffee grounds (ground ultra fine) and sugar (if you want it) and water all together in the pot, and then boil it three times. You end up with a sort of coffee sludge that you don't filter, you just let the grounds sink to the bottom of the cup. It's delicious. I also like espresso, but only when there's a lot in the same cup. Otherwise, it's just kind of bitter and nothing else. How do you like your coffee?

I take mine black, with a little sugar. Espresso is good too I do not care for any of the flavored coffees that are so popular at Starbucks or McDonald's as they don't seem like coffee at all, just weird things like caramel and whipped cream LOL

I feel the same way! It's not like coffee is healthy, or something you should be trying to sneak into your body. If you don't like the flavor of coffee, why are you drinking coffee?

Coffee, yumm! I don't know how people survive without coffee. Anyways, mine is typically medium to dark roast. I don't like it TOO STRONG - because it becomes too bitter. With a touch of sugar and milk. YEAP, milk. I use milk because cream is just too much fat for me, and I don't like "creaminess" in my coffee. I've tried some of those "flavored" things - don't like 'em much. My friends always wonder why I just get regular coffee with room for cream whenever we go to starbucks or what-not. I feel like those "flavored things" are knock-offs that don't even come close to satisfying my coffee needs.

It's true. When I want a cup of coffee, I want a cup of coffee. I want the caffiene, not a sugar rush that will make me crash after I've been at work for an hour.

I like making my own coffee. I don't like the one that came from the coffee maker. I know it's the same thing but weird. I like it black with 2 teaspoons sometims 3 teaspoons of sugar. Then I dip my bread in the coffee. I sometimes put butter with sugar, peanut butter and that lady's choice sandwhich spread on my bread and dip it in my coffee :D

I prefer to have coffee with cream with little sugar. I also like frappes because it's got whip cream on top, but I heard that it is fattening. I also love iced latte. I was able to taste this type of ground coffee in one of the coffee shops here. it was really delicious. they just placed it in container wherein there is something that you are going to press on the cup and the coffee beans will be squeezed and the flavor in it would be enhanced. That was nice.

I like carmel macchiatos from starbucks (hot and cold)with whipped cream but because of the cost and calories haven't been having one every day like I was, now maybe once a month or one every 2 mos. At home I make folgers french roast black and add a couple pieces of ice. I recently found this creamer from international that is chocolate/carmel and it's pretty good.

Coffee, to me, is for refreshing. So what I need is just a cup of instant coffee, no cream, no sugar. I never enjoy the taste of coffee.

mmmm coffeeee...Yes I drink coffee everyday, I have sugar in my coffee, not alot, just enough to give it a bit of sweet taste to it. As for all those flavored coffee, I have had some, to me it is flavors with a touch of coffee maybe. \ What I have done is make a pot of coffee and use it as an added flavor to my coffee as a special time now and then.

I agree. Some of those drinks are not coffee, they're flavored drinks with a hint of coffee.

Well its not every morning or every evening i take my coffee, but when ever i feel like having a good hot coffee i either like to take it in cafe only, there i will order some exotic coffees that i taste for the first time everytime i go for it.Mostly i like coffees with cream and chocolates crush over it sometimes i like to have my coffee with some snacks like chicken puffs or if not then i would really go for a good truffle or something special that day.it is very rare that i drink coffee or tea due to health benefits i go for green tea mostly then.

Just cream. I like to use the International Foods flavored creamers on the weekends when hubby makes bacon and eggs, but I am a fan of the good ol' latte at Starbucks. I will take it black before I take it with all of that extra crap that goes into the fru-fru mochas and mochachinos that most coffee shops specialize in. I try to stay away from coffee on the weekdays and just drink hot tea, since too much coffee isn't too good for you. I reserve coffee for the weekends.

I've had that problem too. Unfortunately, I like the taste of strong coffee enough that sometimes I drink it anyway. It usually doesn't hurt when I drink coffee with food, though, especially something with bread. Also, sometimes when my stomach already hurts a little, I drink a latte, because I still get the caffiene, but there's also a cup of milk to soothe my stomach.

I like filter coffee and most preferably without chicory. If chicory is added i would sense a severe headache or vomitting. Especially i am fond of my mother prepared filter coffee. I don't prefer to take filter coffee outside.

Coffee for me is a must every morning and how I have it is usually unique in a way. I prefer super strong and black too and the I love to have it cold rather than hot, that is why it is unique. Nowadays I usually have the pre-mix coffee, the 3 in 1 instant coffee that requires hot water and it is done. It is easier that way since working has been an issue for me and getting up and drive to work is a rush most of the time.

I drink my coffee with a tad of creamer. Low fat creamer is what i prefer or a low fat milk. Then two packets of splenda. I use to use regular creamer with regular sugar but now I try to lower the calorie count in my coffee even though I dont drink it often.

I do not have a coffee grinder at home, so I take only instant coffee of different brands, usually mixed with sugar and milk powder. I like the strong and black coffee served after dinner in tiny cups. That's great!

Well, typically i dont really drink coffee at all. If i do get a coffee, it would be from starbucks, and it would have so much cream in it it wouldnt taste like coffee anymore. My favorite coffee from there is a white chocolate mocha, but i always have to get it decaf because the caffiene aggrivates my anxietys. My mom has always drank her coffee black. I dont know how she does it! It tastes like bean water! I mean, im sure everybody is different, but i cant even get past one sip unless its got some kind of sugar in it.
