Does your plus size figure hinder your daily activity?

Is your body weight hindering your daily activity? I've seen a lot of plus size people and I think it really does affect their daily activities. Are you one of them? What have you done so far to address that, or do have plans to address that?

That is such a good news. That's the power of mind over matter. If you believe that you can make yourself lose 30 pounds, you can make it. You will certainly find a way to achieve it. May you continue your goal. As for me, I gained around 5 pounds in the last 4 weeks. I'm trying my best to lose that again because I find it hard to move or to even close the zipper of my pants if I increase in size. Oh well, another thing, I don't have the money to buy a new set of wardrobe.

hi ip! i'm a little overweight. however, being overweight it could be a little challenging to do a few things. compared to a really fit person, i wouldn't come close when it comes to speed and stamina. however, i never came to the point where i said to myself that i couldn't do it. daily activities are still a no brainer for me. i still exercise and do the things i used to before. i don't know how big you are but in my case though i am overweight, i am not obese. so my "plus size" is not a hindrance. it serves a challenge though. and i always love challenges.
