The whole birth certificate issue does not matter. 0bama is an American citizen by birth. Here's why. 0bama's mother was suppossedly married to 0bama's father, only she legally was not. It is without question that 0bama's father was still legally married to another women when he "married" 0bama's mother. This makes the marriage of 0bama's father to his mother invalid. In the USA second marriages are automatically invalidated as bigamy is not allowed. At the time of 0bama's birth, if his mother had been married to a Kenyan (which she was not as she was legally single) and 0bama had been born elsewhere, he probably would not be an American by birth. However, 0bama's mother was single and definitely an American. This means no matter where 0bama was born, he is an American by birth. That 0bama goes to such lengths to hide his real birth certificate does mean he has something to hide, but it does not matter if that document shows he was not born in the USA.

Well, the evidence that he was born somewhere else is clear. He hasn't and won't produce a valid birth certificate, he's ordered all of his records, including his college records, sealed, he's hired a team of lawyers to fight the cases demanding he produce his birth certificate, his own grandmother stated she was present in the hospital in Kenya when he was born, his sister claims he was born in Hawaii but says it was a different hospital. All of these things paint a very clear picture of someone with something major to hide. If there was nothing to hide there'd be no reason to fight it. I also think that if it's proven that he isn't eligible then everyone connected to him including his wife and those that were supposed to vet him should be charged with fraud right along with him.
