Scrolling tag????

I have created site which you can get it in my profile by clicking banner....
I want some help...I have used many html tags in it....In my site you will see recent payouts column...which is steady...I want it to scroll up...please anyone can give me the tag so that it will scroll automatically...

i still didnt understand what you meant
is your column stationary and you want it to move or
you want opposite to what ive said
