Making Payout???

Hi I am new here and I am wondering just how things work. I would like to hear from ppl who have made payout and have recieved it. Its just i have been on more sites that promise payout then when u get there all of sudden they are closed. I am just a little site shy still. Hope to hear from LOTS of ppl who have been paid.
