I just know that the left side of sleep isn't well, because the most important organs of the body on the left, and they can not be oppressed.Sometimes I wake up feeling very tired, and then which direction to sleep is the most healthy sleep in the end?

Well everybody has they're own comfortable way to sleep. That's quite weird as I'm most comfortable sleeping on my left. :O I heard that it is healthy to sleep with a pillow between your legs, as it balances your hip with your body or something like that. Lucky for me, because I cannot fall asleep without a pillow in between my legs! Guess I'm just used to it as a baby..

Flat on your back, on a hard floor... supposed to be good for your spine... but, it does make you feel stiff when you get up... LoL...

Your head should be towards south and legs should be towards north. This would be the ideal direction to sleep. It aligns our body's magnetic field opposite to the earths magnetic field. This keeps blood circulation good through the sleeping hours which helps you getting up in a good mood, feeling healthy! One could also sleep east-west or west-east. Any position for that matter except your head towards south.
