For me, I think water is the best beverage if you are very thirsty. But when I am not that thirsty, I would like to have some orange juice. I do not like coffee very much. And I think tea drink is also great. But sometimes I find when I have tea, I become more thirsty. So the best beverage is still water.

I drink many kinds of fruit juices. The two favorites are orange juice and apple juice, because I believe in the health value of them. I also like to drink green tea atleast once a day , in the afternoon time , very refreshing.

Yes you're right. Whatever you drink you always comes back to water. Water has no bad side effects rather than some artificial liquids in the groceries...Water is still the best that's why we better conserve water...

It would be water for me. For me it's the best drink to quench my thirst and to keep my hydrated. In addition to these, we all know how beneficial water is for our bodies. On some days when I crave for a drink with flavor, I go for coffee. On diet cheat days, I have 1 can of Coke Light... just one can.Ü

I fully agree with you that nothing can beat water. My country has a hot climate and if I am out on the road for sometime,I feel very thirsty. At those times I have tried pepsi or coke to quench my thirst but I found nothing can be a substitute for water. Therefore,I always carry a bottle of water with me when I am leaving home for some work or even to the movie theatre.I also love fruit juices though my mother does not make too many juices for me. :-( She tells me to eat the fruit instead. In India,we have a drink called lassi. It is made by blending curd with sugar in a mixer grinder. It tastes awesome. Therefore lassi is also my favourite beverage.I try to avoid coffee because I have migraine and coffee is to be avoided for those with migraine.

Of Course, nothing can compete with water but second to that I love mango and milk shakes. I also love iced coffee drinks like frappucinos from Starbucks. After my workout, I do drink Gatorade but most of the time, it is water that quenches my thirst. I just hope we should all care for our environment by conserving water. Hurray for water! lol! :)
