Do you feel sad when you see somebody that you love get sicks?

I would definitely feel sad. I think that when someone we love get sick, we just don't want that to happen and we are filled with a feeling of sympathy. I know that I wouldn't want that to ever happen to my love ones and I would fuss over them to take medicine without failing and to drink lots of warm water.

Hi Merm! Yes, I feel concerned and sad when I find that any of near and dear one is sick or indisposed. If suppose it is my partner or kids, I immediately take them to the concerned Doctor for their proper treatment. Now a days so many unknown diseases are spreading, therefore, it is better to get timely treatment rather than repent later.

Hello there, Yes, i feel sad and worry when i see my loved one get sick. Take my mom for example, i really hope she can takes good care of herself, but she is always ignore herself, she is always busying feeding her ducks, pigs, dogs. I am so worry when i know she got sick, as i am working in the other city where is 4 hours drive from home.

yeah i do...usually when one of my loved ones are sick i often think about them until they are better...its almost eats at me...and sometimes i jus wish that i could get their sickness...and they were alright because it would be good for them....i feel bad when people i dont love...but jus know are sick...i hope that my loveones feel the same about me when im sick....i know atleasst some of them do

Yeah of course i do. When my 2 year old son got sick i felt so horrible and hurt. I kept wishihg it was me seeing him sick was terrible feeling. I felt like a worthless father. Even though i didn't get him sick it was just the flu. But i still felt worthless and was wishing i could just take it from him. And also the same thing with my finacee when she gets sick i feel sad. And also wish it was me. I don't mind being sick. But when its them 2 i do feel sad. When my son was running a fever. I stayed up way late watching him cause i was nervous and worried about him with the fever. So i had hardly no sleep.

obviously friend... every1 of us has some humble, sweet feeling inside us, no matters how strong r v from outside... it makes me sad 2 c sum1 not well who is vry close 2 me..

I am the same as you I hate to see my partner sick as a lot of the time you just want to be able to take the pain away from him. I find it even worst when my children go down sick as I hate to see them suffer at all. I would quite willing take their pain away and suffer it myself if it means they stay well.

Yes, I definitely do. I feel really bad, when my fiance gets sick, or something like that. I'd definitely much prefer to be sick, rather than see someone I love get sick. I feel really sorry and bad.

yes i do! when my loved ones are sick..i also feel sick and always worries about them, like you, i would rather be the patient that to see them sick...

Yes I do not like seeing people suffer either. It does definitely upset me a great deal more if it is someone close to me that is suffering but I find I also get upset when I see just anybody suffering. I put it down to natural human instincts.

Hi mermaid...I do feel sad when I see someone that I love get sick. I think we all do because we care about this person and it's difficult to see someone you love in pain. We know how we feel when we're sick so why would we want someone else to feel that way?

I don't, cause it means i have an opportunity to show them how much i care by being concern about them. Like-wise, i hope when i am sick, they don't feel sad, but instead, care for me. Focusing on reality rather than being bogged down by emotions is my way. Goodluck!

I really do feel bad when my husband was sick. We cannot do a lot of things together, cannot enjoy nice food...cannot go for weekened movies, can't share food from the same plate, can't share drink from the same glass... so sad! I will do my best to take care of him, make sure he take his medication, have proper rest and pray that he will get well soon. When my mum have arthritis, joint pain, I felt so pitiful, because I can't help much.. I felt so helpless! I want her to be strong and healthy! If my son not feeling well, then deep in my heart I would prefer I am the one. If possible... I always pray that everyone in my household - healthy, happy and active... May God Bless All of Us!

I think it's hard not to feel sad when a person gets sick. I know how helpless I felt when my children, when they were younget, were sick. You just want to take it all away and bring it on yourself because you know you can handle it. I often feel sad when others come down with something. Like my inlaws, always bring soup to them when they are feeling bad. Or when my cusin, God rest her, was battling cancer we'd send over baked goods and clothes for the children because knew she couldn't get out. I think it's part of our caring nature to want to help others. I think that's what makes us human.

Oh, my mother is sick from a long time. She is having the problem of ulcer thus she cant eat any spicy thing. She makes her meals separate in which there is no salt,no chilly,no oil. I realy feel upset that inspite of that much treatment she is still not fine. So now whenever i pray to god i just say give all are diseases and discomfort to me, i can handle that but she cant. I want to give her happiness, many time this situation makes me to cry.

yes i feel the same way too. especially if my little girl is sick. sometimes i pray to God to take away her sickness and give it to me instead. i know how it feels to be sick and it's not pleasant and it's really hard, that's why i can't bear to see her go through it. if it's hard for me to get sick as an adult what more for my 3 year old baby. same goes with the other people that i love and care for.

hi mermaidivy :) yup!! i will feel sad if somebody i love get sick...!!if somebody gets sick they wont talk or play or mingle with anyone and will sleep for long time....i want them to talk,play,enjoy every moment....i want them to be happy always....they want to be stay healthy and fit always.....:)if my loved ones get sick....i will surely miss them for a moment....my mood will be sad for sure!!
