Another trick to loose your weight!

I can understand how bad we feel when people tease us with scary names for being fat. Previously, i was 80 kg and now i am 73 kg of weight. I loose my weight in 1 month without doing any extra effort. It is found that fat people usualy eat a lot and feel hunger all the time, more we eat more the chances of suffering from obesity.We try to maintain our diet by making chart of balanced diet ,etc but all fails in front of hunger. Well, dont worry here i am telling how to do that. Solution is in water, yeah! When you take your lunch or dinner drink plenty of water in between that so before finishing your meals you will feel that your stomach is already full. There is no place left for anything else in your stomach. So try it and be slim! *its my own experience, results may vary with individuals

I suggest you not give a damn about the social pressure and scary names for being fat. Lose weight only for health reasons. The obesity insanity is completely paranoid and foolish. Lots more people think they are fat than actually are. I recommend exercise and eating sensibly, and dealing with the emotional causes of overeating. Nobody has a right to be cruel on the basis of weight.

Hmmm, i think so. Because we dont have any problem with vitmain or proteins. Our enemy is fat so avoid it. Happy mylotting!

hey no dout that water is good option to go for but dear i guess drinking lot of water in between of meels is not at all a good option we can take water in another form like mix good amount of water with curd and and take juice etc but direct water is very bad option and will lead to increase the fat and cause the gastic problem .yes more we dirnk water more we will remove toxic elements from our body but between lunch and dinner is worst sugestion youhave given i am sorry i am agree with you with this idea.

The best trick to loose weight is to keep in notice what i am eating and how much i am buring or consuming the energy that is produced by that food. If we are able to use the energy on daily basis that we are taking in in form of food then there will be the best way to be fit and fine. main concept is unused energy converts into fat because we are not using it.

Thanks for the response, i know this fact thats why in the end i wrote a note. It never created any problem for me and it worked for me very well. Hi just4you, smile! I believe in your suggestions and your experience. I am also reading lots of articles about losing weight because i got a problem with it last 2006 and 2007. I was so overweight and addicted to fastfoods thats why my officemates laughed at me everytime they see me. I had a bad experience and i cried when the crowd really scream im fat. But that experience made me stronger to be slim and healthy again. I started it with exercise and more on fruits and vegetables diet. Its so effective to me. But the most effective way is drinking water before meal and in between meals. The body is consist of muscles and fats, but some of the fats is due to water retention by eating foods rich in sodium. Water retention is found in areas like our back, the location where it is visible especially when we wearing tight bra's, our thigh, our pelvic zone. Most women got problems with that. Happy mylotting and grab a glass of water now!

I can understand how depressing it could be when someone tease you just for your body shape but its not a curse, we have the ability to make anyone laugh thus we can help others. seems a good trick...the problem is, when going to sleep hunger strikes me again...i drunk a glass of water to take away my hunger... but i woke up in the middle of my sleep to piss...too much water???

I dont think its abnormal, many people go to piss in the middle of their sleep. If it dont cause you any problem like sleeplessness ,etc then no worries. Happy mylotting

i m now 82 kgs of weight . last 9 days daily morning i wake up and running for half an hour and maintain diet . i m not eat any oil foods . i m take vegtables in morning and little rice for lunch and chapathi for dinner . Now i m going to try what u said now and tell after 1 month

Avoiding fast food,ghee,etc and taking green vegetables is realy very helpfull. Hope this tip also works for you and you will be slimmest person,lol!

yes it's been said that drinkin water before meals will give you that full effect but water also makes you look bloated if you drink too much of it. water is good tough. nice topic :)

hmmmm how many times did you drink water per day??? just curious because i also drink water but i didn't loose that much weight. but it's a good tip. am sure i know some one who would appreciate your discussion.

Not much in winters but in hot summer days i drink plenty of water. My morning starts with it and day ends with it. Hopefully, i drink about 10-15 glasses of water in a day or more. Thanks for your response, hope it will work for you!

True! Another trick is to have a fruit before lunch... it totally sates me; in this period, we have apricots (that I LOOOVE), one apricot it's enough to me to make me feel sate :) or having water as you said! but i can only do it before lunch because I hate drinking while i'm eating :) thank you for the trick!

Yes drinking water is good since about 20% of our calories come from drinks alone. Also it does make you full as I have done this before. Not only does it make you full but it also rids your body of a lot of waste and our bodies need water to perform its functions. Just stay away from fast food and you should start seeing results as fast food contains massive amounts of fat and little nutrients.

Wow! really i am actually 85 kg and i have been dreaming and attempting to loose 10 kg or 40 pounds at least. I think you are right because i really lessen the consumption of other beverage like coke and sprite. i don't often drink juice either. but i do exercise as well with the treadmill. but not like the others, i do it every other day and at least 10 to 15 minute walk. that would already sweat me. i am drinking 9 glasses a day but i should do what you did and see the results.

I have used broth instead of water. It´s more conforting and you don´t put on weight with that. I even add tiny bits od veggies so it will taste better, oregano and leeks.

I wanna be slim so that i can wear my favourite apparels...! but at the same time i am also a great fan of food.....My family says that i am fine.But i dnt think so.......and thus i alwys wanted to loose weight more and more.Water is the best technique or a best friend helping us to reduce our weight...My friend has made a diet chart for me...so that i eat at proper time and add fruits to my diet..bcoz he knows i hate green veges........i drink water after 1 hour of my meal and really it has helped me alot.........baki maine kabhi itna zor bhi nai diya apne upar,kyunki jab meri shaadi hogi......i l become what i want...i noe.

I have tried all kinds of things to lose weight. I'm not sure if I have tried water, though. So why not! I will try to drink more water before and during the meal, right? And all day long? I drink a lot of soda. Do you think that I should replace it with the water? I'll try. Wish me luck!

Just try to eat natural and be natural. I dont think soda can be beneficial for you so if you can just replace it with water. The main thing you need is patience, nothing is going to happen immediately. Just wait and watch if you can decrease the amount of food you take in your meals, if yes then its great.
