Do you know kiwi fruit?

Kiwi fruit is called the king of fruits in our country. I think it is one of the most delicious fruit in the world, I also like other fruits like bananas, water melon and so on. Kiwi fruit is also very nutritive, it has a variety of vitamins and is very good for our health. Do you know it?

I love this fruit. I have been eating it for over 16 years. I got turned on to it when I was young. I had stopped eating meat and the doctor told me to try it it was high in vitaiams to replace what I was not eating.

Yep i know kiwi fruit, but didn't knew that it has great nutrional value too. I just had it only few times, but as i thought its not much beneficial,( as compared to its cost here), so usually i do not buy it.... Now i will check for its benefits..

In Indonesia, when a person is sick, his family cook kiwi fruit. The energy and vitamin of a wiki is the same as a chick. So you can see why we call it the king of fruit.

Yes,I have heard of this marvelous fruit,kiwi. In fact, I have one on the counter that I purchased a few days ago. I love fruit. I am writing you this comment as I eat some watermelon on the side. I didn't that kiwi was so popular,but I am sure happy that I tried it. Thank you sharing the information. My diet also consists of other fruit such as, bananas and apples.

yeah, i know the fruit. My father used to eat that fruit long long time ago. Someone gave our family a whole box of it for a present. Though i haven't tasted it yet cause i was a kid back then and i thought it was not delicious._
