Is anyone paying too much for cell phone use?

By hundred bucks do you mean 100 $ ? Is it per month or per year ? Well I pay around Rs. 150 per month which is around 3$ . My card is prepaid so money gets deducted from my balance every time I make a call or send an sms , my service provider is very cheap and offers very low call rates, so I don't have to spend much on cell phone. May be you must opt for some cheaper scheme available in your country so that the money you spend gets reduced.
