question to anyone that plays the game

If u don't play or have the game please don't respond to this discussion. I have the game I'm not really much of a fan for sims 3 I don't like it that much, but I'll play with it every once and awhile and I've been having some problems with it and I wanted to know if anyone is having the same problem as I am. When I play the game the game seems to have crash and the screen will go black. And I have to get out of the game and go back in and this happens every once and awhile. What I have tried to do was uninstall the game and reinstall it, but that seems to not work. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Do u think its the game or is it my computer. My computer is windows vista.
