I take a vitamin called A-Z. It has a lot of vitamins in it (I'm guessing everything since it's called A-Z). Sometimes I also take a B-12 vitamin when I have a toothache since my grandfather says it would help

I take Mountain Home "Daily Advantage" multi-nutrient supplement. They are one of the more expensive vitamins on the market but are all natural and very powerful. If I run out, I feel the difference. When I take them again, I perk up. Whatever vitamins you take, all natural is always the best.

Yes I take my vitamins everyday. I have ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), to boost my immune system and I also take calcium lactate for my calcium supplement. Since I don't get much calcium from the daily food I eat. So taking vitamins really helps.

I do take vitamin C on a daily basis because I need them for my lungs. Any ascorbic acid or any vitamin C will do for me. In my case, it's really effective.

Yes, I take natural vitamins on a daily basis. By natural, I mean vitamins that are made from natural sources. Not the synthetic vitamins like Centrum and such. Synthetic based vitamins have been shown in some studies to actually be bad for you. That is why we hear conflicting information on studies that are published. One study says a certain vitamin is good for you, another one says that the vitamin is either bad for you or has no effect. The studies that look at vitamins from a natural source have beneficial results. The studies that look at synthetic vitamins have detrimental or low yielding results. My main source for vitamins is puritan.com. Even there, I look closely at the vitamins to make sure that they are natural.

Every day I take multivitamins as well as cod liver oil tablets, because I do a lot of training at the gym, 4 days a week, 2 hours a time I have to make sure my body is functional and healthy so I have multi vitamins plus iron to help maintain health and wellbeing and codliver oil is for the joints as they get a heavy pounding when I am using the treadmill or bike. I buy the cheapest brands because they all do the same thing and you are just paying for the high class brand name.

I used to take a multivitamin but I realized that I gain so much weight when I do. So when I gave birth, I actually stopped instead of drinking.. LOL!
