Hello Everyone, It's said that children smile and laugh around 300 times a day.and on the contemporary adults smile and laugh for just 15 times on an average.why is this so?we know that laughing and smiling releases feel good hormones(endorphins),but we still worry and are always anxious and we dont enjoy the beautifuul things around us. "smile is a curve which straigthens everything".lets smile and laugh all the time even in the worst conditions, atleast the weight of the worry reduces and let us make atleast 3 persons smile daily.let us a live a happy and beautiful life.as life is short and is only one life we have got. thank you in advance for your responses BE HAPPY AND KEEP SMILING ALWAYS

Smiling and being Happy even in the bad times is a Good thing. I know that when people tend to smile more it does keep them more upbeat even when going thru the rough times as well. I know that you can help change your outlook and others outlooks when you remember to smile more, and help maybe give them some insight to think more positive as well.

Not only does it feel good to smile, it feels good to make others smile as well. It just does not end. I think we can all learn to smile more and release some of the stress we are living with.

I should learn to be like the children and smile more times in one day than what I am doing now. I have many things to be thankful for and I do not have to worry about the things that I cannot control. I do know that I can change the world just by being happy.

Thank you for the information 23uday. But I remember when I was a kid, I seldom smile. It was on my later years that I learned how to smile and laugh more and I feel more energetic. It has more benefits than drinking energy drink.

Hey 23uday! You are so right about smiling! I don't think people realize just how very important smiling is to our health! And laughing is even better! As you said about the endophins being released into our system that it something that is very important to our good health! Smiling and laughing are the key to a longer life and it has been proven in scientific tests! But, more important it makes us feel so much better when we do it! You are right also about worrying because all that does along with stress is shortens our life and there is so much joy and beauty around us to experience! Why should we waste the precious time that we are given?

If you feel happy, you will smile. So if you smile, you will feel happy. Try smiling, and you will find this is true.

Hi 23uday, Yeah ... smile is good for your mental health and your face. When we smile or laugh, we will automatically forget our own miserable life and that release all our tension. And its good for facial because by smiling our skin will be tight and you don't need all the facial treatment to make you look younger. Why children can smile a lot more compare to adults? This because children haven't have any problem that will make then stress for the whole day. Or if they do have, it is only for a day and its usually when they didn't satisfy with their friends. Adults, on the other hand, have everything to worried about. He/she worried about him/herself, family, job, safeness, bills and a ton more problem they will worried about. By the ways, since we will never have a day without a problems, let just enjoy our life. Problems always be there, either we like it or not, so never bother about that. Spread your smile and let the smile bring happiness to others.

hi thank you for your response.very true, children are tension free.if we take our problems with a smile on our face ,the pain will reduce to some extent and problems are just like passing clouds ,they wonr stay for a longer period of time.
