Durian fruit contains starch, 11%, sugar 13%, protein 3%, there are a variety of vitamins and so on, very rich in nutrients. Durian spleen qi, kidney impotence, warm the body, is a tonic good fruit. Generally healthy people can eat. But the durian taste than the thick knot, easy to plot in the intestines, drink plenty of water will help digestion.

yes, I heard that durian compared to all other fruits have the highest nutritional content. So obviously you are right on the aspect of improvement. I have to admit that I really hate the smell of durian. In fact I barely eat durian. Well, as what they say, "no pain no gain".

Yes I heard that durian has a high protein that is good in our bodies. But unfortunately I didn't eat much durian because of the smell. I like the taste but I really can't take the smell.

yes! I love durian. Too bad, it's so expensive here in our part of the Philippines. It's cheaper in Mindanao. So, I think when I have to chance to visit Mindanao, I will surely order a basket of this nutritious fruit. How come it's good for the skin when it's protein? Could you please elaborate? Thanks
