Favorite song?

Ive been a nirvana fan for many years now. probably close to 20 yrs or so i think. My favorite song would have to be Aneurysm from the Incesticide album. I am currently working on a nirvana cover band as well. What is your favorite song?

Come as You are.It's the perfect song,in the way that everyone knows it,and it's not a typical single.Great riff,very good chorus build,guitar effects are very original. Do u like it?

Nirvana is a fantastic band. Their music inspires the soul and brings about feelings i never could feel about the new "hip" songs that release these days. My favorite nirvana song is "Smells Like Teen Spirit". That song has real passion, real feeling that most songs today completely lack. The lyrics might not make much sense but the feelings of Cobain and his group come pouring out. It's one of my all time favorite songs and i have it on my on-the-go list and listen to it at the least once a day :P

Hi Anna, My favorite Nirvana song is "The Man Who Sold the World", everytime I hear the sone it gives me goosebumps. The music is awesome and unforgettable, unlike the recent artists who are forgotten after their first album. I am sure most of Nirvana fans would Teen Spirit, no doubt about that one. You should try and listen to the unplugged version of the songs, its a trip.

Hi anna728,for me all of nirvana songs are like some medicine.I just can't imagine my day passing by without listening 'em.So i love all of 'em and its really hard to choose one.Still for me best song is 'smells like teen spirit'.Its lyrically good,great music and its very energetic song.One of the top grunge songs composed ever.If you ask me for a top ten list then i'll go like that according to me 1.Smells Like Teen Spirit. 2.Heart Shaped Box 3.Pennroyal Tea 4.Rape Me 5.Lithium 6.In Bloom 7.The Man Who Sold The World('cause it was a cover by nirvana so it isn't very high in the ratings) 8.You Know You're Right 9.Come as You Are 10.All Apologies Hope my post will be helpfull. I have quite alot of favourite Nirvana songs but some of my favourites are "Breed", "Smells like teen spirit" as that song always reminds me of when I first got into Nirvana. Also "Jesus doesn't want me for a sunbeam" and "Territorial Pissings"

blaitantly has to be swap meet from bleach for the originality of the song but its also sort of like a nursery rhyme, i just like it

Smells Like teen Spirit is unbelievably good. It's powerful, meaningful, the metaphors are amazing, the sound is just as explosive and angsty as the spirit of today's youth. BUT.... The song that always gets to me is Lithium. I love it. Oh, and About a Girl too, so cute! I'd say it's a tie between those two.

Lounge Act and Territorial Passing from Nevermind Album. Lounge Act is good combination from bass and guitars. Territorial passing is great scream from Kurt.
