So, what is actually happening... Have you check with myLot administration on this matter? Is there any rules that we must be active everyday at myLot? I can see your rating is Red Star 9 : mean very good rating. So please enlighten me, what is actually HAPPENING!

Welcome back, tuhpaul :) I'm sorry that you lost your accumulated earnings but, as has been stated, you are required by the Terms of Use to log in within 90 days. It's not personal to you and you aren't being "punished by Mylot." You agreed to the Terms of Use when you registered with the site so, unfortunately, that's what happens after 90 days :( Here are the specific points that are outlined in the Terms of Use and the FAQ on Earnings and Payment Information. Now that you're back, it would be good for you to go through the Terms, FAQ and Guidelines links at the bottom of your screen as a refresher. That way, you won't have any further disappointments! :) Here are the specifics regarding the 90 day requirement: Terms of Use: http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx myLot Payments 1. Payments. myLot pays users monthly (on or around the 15th of the month) with minimum account balance of $10 US. myLot carries foward all unpaid and qualified earnings from previous months. All unpaid earnings become unqualified when account has no activity in the past 3 months. This payment will be for activity from the previous calendar month. All payments will be in US dollars and made via PayPal... FAQ (Earnings and Payment Information): http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx I haven’t posted anything on myLot for several months. I logged into my account today and my earnings are missing what happened to them? * Our terms of use state that if you don’t login to your account at least once over a 90 day/3 month consecutive period of time your earnings are forfeited. Please remember to login at least once every 90 days. You don’t need to post any new discussions or respond to discussions, you just need to login to your account so that we know your account has not gone idle. Again, welcome back, tuhpaul! Have fun and you'll have your earnings back in no time!

myLot has rules set in place for certain reasons and yes you did break a rule and perhaps there are valid reasons for you not being able to come online but myLot can't be bothered with looking back on records and trying to figure out if your excuse is valid because if they did that for you then they would have to do it for everyone. The 90 day rule is a great rule though because it allows for myLot to clean out people who have quit instead of having them in limbo. Plus think about when they do their records for money and what not. There has to be a system which shows how much money they are going to be owing people (like what all members are at currently) and if you have 100 people with $5 sitting still for 3 months thats $500 they have to account for. It's easier to wipe it then sit waiting for those people to come back and never knowing if they will. But the only reason I see someone not being able to log in is if they went to jail which if that was the case shame on you. If not and you were just without Internet then you can always go to your public library and log in - or get a friend to log in quickly for it. Its simple and there is always a way. And if you didn't know the rule - there are reasons behind reading the TOC and FAQs for every site.

You are really a good mylotter, now I feel much more confident to mylot that despite the lost of your earnings you still love mylot, :) But what I want to say is that I've been out of mylot for over one year, and my earnings are still there! Maybe mylot thinks my earnings are so little so they didn't intend to pull it back, but what I mean is that, are you sure it wasn't a mistake of mylot? Well I just give a suggestion here.

It is not a punishment, tuhpaul. Everything has been stated in "terms of use" and very clear of statement for member who did not login for a consecutive ninety (90) day, earnings will be fortified. This is the proof of about it "I haven’t posted anything on myLot for several months. I logged into my account today and my earnings are missing what happened to them? http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#21

Sorry for what has happened. I have another doubt in this regard. I have few referrals and after some time they have become inactive. Now when I check my earnings, their earnings show 0.00$. I think all their earnings are deducted.. Now what about my earnings from these referrals?? Will the earnings I made from my referrals be deducted from my account? Any ideas?

Why were you punished by mylot? Have you done or written something wrong. And if you did you might have been forgiven. welcome for coming back, I can recall youre one of my first friends here in mylot. I am still here, mylotting once in a while but the earning is so small. Anyway I like it here not for the earnings but the discussions with other people like you. Welcome back again.

so what your saying is that you haven't been on for 3 months and all your money is gone? and thats your punishment. because a friend on mine just joined he had one cent and he didn't come on for about 2 weeks and his one cent was gone and since he was my referral it took one cent from me as well. so apparently they can take one cent for every 2 weeks your not gone. i don't know???
