what is the strangest food you have ever eaten?

I've had beaver. It was pretty good. My uncle is a trapper and was cooking some up when we were visiting one day. They didn't tell us what it was but insisted we try it. I knew it wasn't beef but tried it anyway because it smelled and looked yummy. It tasted like roast beef just really salty. I only had it once and refused when they offered me squirrel. I have my limits, lol.

The strangest food I ever eat was Chitterlings intestines from a pig. They have to be cleaned and cooked.
