Well, it's been a while since it's been release. And I'm going to say that I like it, although I prefer SOAD as a unit. However it's interesting to see the experimentalism Serj puts into his music, while the lyrics aren't that interesting and a bit repetitive on the other hand.

I wouldn't say I am deeply into his solo music. I have his album and I listen to it sometimes. There are some songs that I like, but I have to admit that his work with SOAD was something completely different, in a positive way. I like his work in System of a Down much more, but his solo stuff isn't bad tho.

I only like bits and pieces of Serj, and System. Some songs are simply stunning, whilst I find others irritating. I will keep listening though just to find those gems:D

Yes! I have also gone to his solo concert and I can say that was a great show! It is another genre from system of a down, but the power and the social themes are the same... What I love of him, is his theatrical voice, that is so expressive!!!

i do like his solo stuff, very esoteric in a way. i do miss old school system though, i have seen them live and think they are awesome, kinda in the same way as rage against the machine, i like that awareness, and their desire to change the world for the better. shavo is my favorite.
