Head aches

When I get headache and it is too painful that kills me, I will take some advils and rest a little bit. I mostly cannot just let it go away.

If the headache is a really bad one I take aspirin for it. If it is a mild headache I just try to relax and let it go away on its own

I was getting terrible headaches caused by my sinus I went to the chiropractor and got a alignment, it took about 4 months going twice a week, insurance did not cover it and it was about $30.00 per visit but it was worth every penny that i spent. it has been about 2 years and my sinus are just now starting to bother me again, so i will be going back again soon. It depends on what is causing the headaches. If i get a tension headache, I usually just use Ice on my neck and forehead. and try to relax. If i can't get rid of it i just use some aspirin but i do not like to use pills. They also say that if you drink water and stay hydrated it helps with headaches.

I dont take anything for headaches at all. I really try to stay away from any kind of medication. A lot of times something as simple as a lollipop can help you get rid of your headache. It has something to do with the sugar and turning your attention away from your headache. Things like tylenol dont really do anything about your headache, whatever is going on in your head will still be happening, it just blocks the receptors that tell your brain that you have a headache.

i will take tynelol if i have a real bad headache.

it depends on the headache, if it is a mild one, i can try to sleep it over but when it gets worse I take tablets and try to calm it down.

If it is a really bad headache then I will take Alieve or tylenol. Usualy the cause for me is eating late, not enough sleep, or stress. Something usualy sets it off....that has thrown my routine out of whack.

If I'm on my way to bed - or it's the weekend, then I wait it out or sleep it off. I've heard that the body will try and heal itself of what's going on internally. If you take pain medication too much - your body will become dependent on them. However, if I'm at work and the headache is killing me, then I take an advil. I only typically take one, just because I feel like two is a lil bit too much.

I use Motrin unless I know its an allergy headache in which case I'll use Benadryl. It seems to make most people sleepy, but if you have year round allergies it's really worth it and after awhile you're body adjusts to it and you don't get a tiered anymore. Since my headaches are normally allergy related it works a lot for me.
