If you are still under warranty send it in to Microsoft. If not, there are people around you that can repair them, or you can search up X Clamp fix, and that is how I repair my own.

We sent ours to Microsoft. They replaced the system and sent it back to us. It didn't take very long at all. And I don't think we had to pay anything. I'd recommend checking out http://support.xbox.com Hopefully that should help!

You do not pay anything as long as the microsoft warranty is still in effect and no one has opened the case. If someone has opened the case then they will know

If it is still under manufacturers warranty then send it to Microsoft and they will fix it for free. If it is out of warranty then you can still send it to Microsoft and it will be a few hundred dollars to repair. Check craigslist and ebay. Their are always alot of people who know how to fix it. Its really an easy fix, It only takes about 1 hour or less. Find someone who might warranty it for like 60 days or something. Most people will only charge you maybe $50-$60

if you have the warranty thats the best way to go but if you dont (like me lol) you can find cheap used consoles on ebay and amazon and just keep your harddrive

All you have to do is call Xbox customer service and they will reimberse you for shipping and everything and you just have to fill out some forms about your xbox and stuff as long as it has not been 5 years I think from when you bought it and just to let you know it takes a good 2-5 weeks to get back. :(
