Help on Google Keyword Tool!

Hi I need some help on selecting a good keyword. I typed in "urban clothing" and "urban women clothing" showing 3600 local search volume this month and half filled in the competitive meter. is this a good keyword to aim for?
Is 3600 high? medium? or low? what else should I be aware of?
