Stop it please!

I joined in phonixpaidmails last month. They are keep on sending me emails which I already wanted to stop. I am so pissed off how can I stop this mess. After deletion of my membership it's still haunting me, nyeeeeh
.
Also in Neobux forum I've been keeping an eye on Filipino sub forum with the contest of $70 prize for the last poster within 2 hours. But now I want to be free from this unwanted emails. I had stopped the subscription to this regular emails but they are still coming here in my inbox.
If you know how please share it here! I can't breath good my in box is overloaded.

When i receive emails, that i have clearly asked them to stop, i usually mark them as spam. They go into the spam folder, and most times, i do not see them again. They get marked as spam, and i think that somehow, it shows up eventually in their rating.

There are spam filters that effectively screen unwanted emails. You might try one that you have in your email admin.
