playing football/soccer make you health and make your fat burn

I playing football/soccer since 9 years old. May be this hobby is from my dad, who playing footbal/soccer for our local club. I playing football every afternoon with my friends at my backyard's house. I playing football until now, but not often like my child. I just playing futsal now, football field on my town is very limited. I think playing futsal/football make my body health and more resistant. My stomach still slim, my weight about 50-60 kilogram. I just playing futsal once per week. what about your opinion?

Playing football or futsal really improves your physical strength and increases stamina. I used to play as a goalkeeper, so I didn't had to run much. Now I started playing as a field player and I see the results - I can run for longer now. I wasn't too good runner before, because I got tired fast but now I see positive changes. And of course playing football or any other sports game burns your fat, so it doesn't settle down in your stomach.

I think a goal keeper is great position.. but it must be dangerous position, because you must keep your goal from other enemy player by at all cost. I never success when become a goal keeper.

Well, being goalkeeper is all about luck and reaction speed. It may look like you can't catch every shot, but it's not true, it's all about your position. If you choose the right position in the moment of hit, you can cover the angle of a shot perfectly and have no trouble with securing the ball.

wow, no wonder you can say that, your goalkeeper experience is great. i don't like to wait when playing soccer or futsal, I like to run forward and back to middle, then i think this is the reason why I like to be a midfielder.

yes Football is my fav sport I paly this game since kindergarten. We can run, kick my fav position is a striker, I scored much at a torunament now, I just play futsal 1-2 times a week it keeps me Fit

wow, you play more early than me.lol. that your dad is a football/soccer fans too? I am glad that your favorite position is a striker, but I prefer become to a winger, winger is my favorite position since I become a david beckham fans.

really? no wonder if his son is a football fans too. so you are a acmilan and realmadrid fans right? they are a great teams, but I am a manchester united fans, since junior school. then I am a manchester UTD fans for a long time ago and not since they dominated EPL and EUROPEAN. I am a fans who always support MU even if they not dominated EPL and european anymore and whoever their players. GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED !!!!!!!!

hai forester..we had a same habit..i loves playing football since elementary school..iam addicted to play football..even now i prefer to choose play futsal than football. with playing football or futsal make me health even i admit it`s hard to make me fat burn..my weight is still 69 kg..

yeah, some football player also like the football video games, I like to become a midfielder or striker, defender have a big pressure, I don't like it. Guard the enemy from attacking us. I hate too became a goal keeper.

yes, i like soccer too, but now im not play again because i already have two child so i must foccuss to my family if weekend. But if my child has grow, i will teach him soccer and play together... hope soo. and i gree with u "FOOTBALL MAKE OUR BODY HEALTH.

thanks for your response greenboys, great idea to teach children to doing sport game like soccer, that can teach they to discipline, team work and become sportive to the others. I hope I can do that too.

Playing football will make our body health when we are in our good condition. When we get a bad condition and still force to play football, it will make a bad result. But, i agree with you that football can make us health an dburnour fat. It also can increase our stamina.

maybe it's true carrizo, but I have an experience about playing football/soccer when I was kid. I feel I will get fever that time, when afternoon come, I go to football field and playing football with my friends, believe or not, my feel of will get fever gone. I don't know how to explain that, but its real.

every sports is always make us more healthy, but i think swimming offer more benefit from burn in more our calories. I have read from some articles. In the other hand, swimming doesn't give us more attractive activity than football.. well I think... hahahaha

swimming is bored to me, soccer/futsal give me health and fun and refresh our brain from daily activity. play futsal/soccer help us to socialize with other people too. that's why i choose this sport.

Yeah, I think football is a healthy and interesting sport game. Actually, doing any sports is good for health, and it helps to burn excess body fat and keep us in fit condition. I am not good in any sports, but I plan to let my son play any kind of sports when he's young, as my husband is quite good at any sports, and I think it's really good to play sports. It's not only good for health, but it's also can help building the relationship with others while playing the game. I just played futsal for my first time last night, it's really fun, and it's really a good way to burn energy.

I just playing futsal too now, soccer need soccer field, and it's expensive. try to play on free soccer field? it's hard to find a free field to play soccer now, many field become buildings now. by the way, you said "as my husband" then, what your gender? female? or male? it's confusing me.

i do agree with you. playing football is good for our healthy. i began to play when i was 7. i trained every day after class and after the training the coach asked us to run about 2 kilometers(very long distance for us at that time). so i was very very tired every day. but that training really has improved my physical ability and have a great influence on me. i benifit from that. now, i play football once a week. it is a wonderful time for me.

great tiyumi, where do you come from? I am from indonesia, so soccer is most favorite game on my country beside the badminton. I has benn practiced like you when I study on my highschool, I must run and jog around of my town on 01-02 PM. But its make my stamina improve well. I can playing soccer 2 x 45 minutes with full time at that age.
