Do you add milk when making scrambled eggs?

Is there a set recipe for scrambled eggs?I break my eggs in the frying pan,add a little bit of milk.green onions salt and pepper.Then i just mash away with a wooden spoon.How do you scramble your eggs? Happy mylotting??

I add milk because it makes them fluffier. I break the eggs into a bowl, add milk and pepper. Then I scramble them and pour them into the pan. I sometimes add peppers, onions, ham or cheese, or any combination of those. I don't think there is a set recipe, just make them how you like them. They are easy and can be made different every time.

I do add some milk or cream into the scramble eggs because it makes the egg more puffy and bigger, tastes better as well combinning with all the scramble eggs ingredients YUM YUM!

hey there jummytao!I always wonder how restaurants make fluffy scrambled!but I have yet to find out how. For now, I just put everything in the pan and whip it good!:)

I used to add milk to mine but after I seen in a recipe book that adding a little water is better, I stopped adding milk. I just beat my eggs first, add just a little water and salt& pepper. Put butter in the pan and use a fork to scramble them with. I always cut my burner off before they get all the way done and let them finish cooking, this way there not over cooked.

i don't like adding milk,yuccccks.its always better to eat scrambled eggs using some chopped onins oe tomatoes and garnishing it with coriander leaves.have a good day

hmm... its my first time to hear that. i saute onion and tomatoes with egg... and a little salt. maybe il try that soon
