My NEOBUX account suspended can i make new account?

i make my neobux from my friends house 1 month ago and i was clicking from my home and neobux suspend me today i want to know that if i want to make new account of neobux can i make with same username , same email address and same alertpay account or i register tomorow ? please tell me true

same problem as yours, unfortunately we cannot use the same particular we'd use before. however i really hope we can use the same paypal account to withdraw, still not sure about this
