I have a friend who has tried many diets and it hasn´t worked. On the other hand, I have another friend that went to a nutricionist and he gave her a diet. I followed that one and slowly shed off pounds that never came back. It doesn´t seem appropiate that I explain it to you here, as you are asking for something else. But if you want to know, I´ll tell you.

This is one type of diet that is quite popular in Japan at the moment is 'banana diet'. Quoted from the first female page, this diet just make dieters eat bananas and a glass of water in the morning. The rest, they should not eat any food in the afternoon and evening. It can accelerate digestion. There are many versions that try to explain why this banana diet can reduce weight. One is the theory that bananas contain enzymes that can accelerate the process of digestion and defecation, resulting in weight loss. It is true of fiber, including bananas, can make the digestive system work faster and whole foods are not absorbed all the calories too. But experts believe the reduced calories will not have much effect on weight loss. Meanwhile, another theory says the cause is a powdery substance that makes the stomach always feels full and increase fat burning. This starch can be found naturally in the carbohydrate foods such as green bananas, potatoes, grains, and beans, but only if we eat in the cold. This will make the starch digestion occurs in the small intestine and the large intestine directly to.
