i have started playing with mylot for about 10 days. I could only earn 0.01-0.05(max) a day. I think it's quite hard to earn more than 1 dollars per day. i am wondering if i post 30 discussions a day, will my earning increase a lot?

well you need to be more active i guess. Always remember to post quality responses. More quality responses more you earn here. Well there are many who make $1 but really needs hard work but i think 15-20 cents are easy to make. Try doing some tasks also. Happy Myloting.

It has a lot to do with what you post. Discussions and responses should be as long as you can write them. But it is quality that counts too. You don't need to write filler, just something to take up space. Sometimes I leave just two line responses, but I know when I leave those, I am not getting paid for them. Paid responses have to be at least three lines or longer. Answering people's discussions is a great way to earn money, especially when one is new. People see your responses, and they might request your friendship. And I keep all my friend's notificaions on, so that I always know when one of my friends has posted a discussion. That way I can go look at my friend's discussions first because I get them in my inbox, and they keep me busy for quite a while. But I'm also careful of who I add to my friend list. I check out their profile first. I might see something that makes me hesitant to add them - like that fact that they might just be requesting friends for referrals to other sites. Something like that.

I don't spend near as much time here as a lot of people do. I think I spend about an hour and a half a day on mylot in total. I've been here over three years, so it has added up over time.

but you have only done 34 posts in 10 days, to earn more you have to do a little more than that, when I first started on her I used to do 30 a day, I had a little plan I did 10 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon and 10 later on...like any thing you have to be prepared to spend time..

I think if you post quality responses, you will earn a decent amount. I have not been posting much though. I believe earnings will just increase when you do not think about it much. Just enjoy the discussions especially on the topics of your interest. I'm sure you will earn a substantial amount without actually obsessing over the monetary value. Enjoy!

Hi winterliang, It is not the quantity of your response or discussion that your started in counting your earning here. It is more on the quality response or comment that your leave. Like some of the above said that you wouldn't get paid if you only leave one or two sentence response or comment. Try to be more descriptive in your response or comment. Write as much as you can. One long and quality response or comment will earn you more then 20 one or two sentence responses that you made. If you think you could not give your time to comment on every response that your received that it is advisable for you to just concentrate on giving a response to someone else discussion. Leaving the response without a comment might be tarnish your reputation especially from the senior here. Some of them would not give a response to your future discussion if you didn't comment their response as they assume it as a waste of time to response. Please remember that to earn here is to write more and more but with quality. Good luck and have a nice day.

Thanks for the best response award. I am really appreciated it. Just try you best in giving a response or comment. Forget the earning side first and you will find that all your hard work is worth here. Thanks again and have a pleasant day.

I am quite glad that many of you are willing to share with me your experience in mylot. Before i became a member of mylot, i have read quite a number of posts that are related to mylot. Many of them saying the more you comment, the more income you will receive. Looks like it's not true at all. It is very obvious that those people just want you to sign up from their referral link. i think i have to be prepared to replying to majority of responses. :)

Yes, you have to do more. I have joined myLot for about two weeks, I was making 5 cents to 10 cents in the first week. Now I can see the highest of 19 cents yesterday. It is just only a little bit, but I can see the improvement. Happy myLotting.
