I just got done watching the movie Bedtime Stories with my kids. We had seen it one other time, but I think my son actually liked it better the second time around. Adam Sandler cracks me up. Have you seen it? What did you think? Are there movies that you seem to like better the second time you watch it?

there's nothing really special about the movie. it's one of those feel-good movies that you have to watch on a lazy day. it can really turn your day around, i guarantee. Adam Sandler is naturally gifted with humor. he's one of my most fave comic, aside from Jim Carrey! :]

What do you think of the trailers on TV from his upcoming movie, Funny People. That's what it is called, right? It's rated R, so it's not kid fare...

I remember seeing trailers for the movie on television, but I have never seen the movie. It also stars Keri Russell and Courteney Cox Arquette, right? It got horrible reviews, but to me, a horrible review probably means it is interesting. It doesn't seem like reviewers are often in touch with what we "common" people enjoy. Not all of us want to watch art house movies about hookers who become a muse to married men who are crossdressers, or junk like that.

Yes they are in it. It is not a "really good movie" but I did enjoy it. I typically enjoy the movies that get bad reviews and dislike the ones that get good ones.

I have not seen this movie. I am a movie addict since my school days. I used to go to movie theatres at the least three times a week in those years. Now a days ofcource, so busy with the full time job, I just sit in front of the TV , watch movies. My favorites are the Turner Classics, where I could very much enjoy the movies of my time.

I saw this movie awhile back when I was home alone. The females of the house were out shopping, I think. It was a cute movie and I would not mind seeing it again, whcih is a big deal for me as I usually cannot stand to sit through the same movie twice. My daughter can watch the same one over and over and over. That would drive me crazy LOL

My kids watch the same thing over and over again too. Drives me nuts. It has been awhile since I saw this one though, so it was not a bad thing.

Watching this a second time might be a good idea. The first time I watched Bedtime Stories I was really bored out of my mind! Maybe a second watch would help me enjoy the movie a little more. I remember watching the movie "Georgia Rule" (totally unrelated to Bedtime Stories) for the first time - and just being annoyed and bored by Lindsay Lohan's acting. The second time I watched it, though, I really got into it and actually starting crying during some of the more emotional scenes! So that one's definitely worth a re-watch if you can.

I have as yet to watch this movie, but I don't have children. However I still like watching movies like that or other ones that are geared more toward children over most other movies anyday. Adam Sandler is funny though, I've seen him in other movies. I don't think there are any movies I like better the second time I watch them... if I didn't like them the first time I probably wont ever watch them again.

Yes and there are movies that I find something different in each time I watch them....it's like I missed it the first time. Sometimes it makes it even more enjoyable the second time around.

Yes, there are just movies which is way better when seen the second time around. I think Adam Sandler is one of the best comedians ever lived. I love all the movies the I have seen of him, Bedtime Stories is included. I just couldn't stop to laugh because he is so natural and has some sexy and dirty jokes too. :)

I have yet to watch this movie, but I've been wanting to see it for a while now. I like to wait to watch these sorts of things with my little sister, though. She's two and she enjoys spending the quality time with her big sister because for some silly reason or another she loves me and looks up to me. xD But I love Adam Sandler, so this movie is definitely a must-see for me. I hope it's as good as his other movies!

Yeah, so did my mother...at first. And then I started teaching her all sorts of bad habits. xD Like when she cries she wipes her tears on her shirt because I did that ONCE in front of her (I usually don't, but I didn't have anything else because we were traveling).
