The Smell of mylot................What's It to You?

Sometimes it smells like the flowers in the gardens that myLot friends grow and sometimes like the delicious food they are preparing in their kitchens around the world...bread baking, pies cooling on the table, fresh baked cookies. Mmmmmm, myLot smells good. Sometimes there it the temporary stink of jealousy and dissent, when one myLot member reports another for something trivial, or another whines about the rules we are all expected to follow, but mostly myLot smells of cordiality and good times.

Most days as I'm logging into myLot, I smell a LOT of LOVE & I hear laughter rolling over the hills & through the dales!!! Occasionally I smell chit & hear crying (when the trolls are on a roll). All in all I find myLot a GREAT place to come to de-stress hence the Lavender & Vanilla. In reality, I keep a Vanilla candle burning so I'm getting a whiff of Vanilla the entire time I'm here. You been smelling my candle zed??? Oh yes, where's my video???

haha =D It smells like a temptation to me!! Because whenever i'm free, i'm always thinking of mylot, no matter where i'm.. I have too many temptations in mylot which i find it hard to resist.. My earnings, my frenz, my comments to frenz and all, they are all part of temptations.. lol =D Though it's sort of odourless to many others, and that's why it's kinda unique to me.. lol =D

hi great imagination it smells of fun, cottoncandy, peanuts and pop corn and well fun. it smells of friendship, of caring and sharing, and enjoying each others discussions. I like mylotting and I like circuses, I like having fun, I like making friends and helping others. case closed. hatley here.

That another imagination I could smell all sort of distinctive international cuisine are already present here in mylot..lol.. Well, I do have to close my eyes first before I reply as i could smell the aromas which gently pull my nose to follow its direction.. and oh...i never meant I accidentally landed here in mylot place... whoever enchanting smell have brought me here still a mystery to me... as this world is full of mixture of potion and I think i am hook already to it... a menagerie collection of all sort of spices which I could not resist... so tempting and irresistible... but alas!....when i am in deep brink of obsession.... some wicked witch come to disturb my peace and they taken the subtle aromas which I have been tasting... they left me with unleavened bread so hard to munch... so uncool and left me in agony into the abyss.. then to my surprise a knight in a shining armor come to my rescue to and to my delight.. he brought up the elusive aromas back to life... then to my gladness and joy as I dance with glee.. at last my lot smell back to its real self.. well, I do hope it last... hahahaha..that my poetic imagination for sure it amaze even myself... lol...

mylot smells like sweat a lot of sweat from different people all over the world all in one site just kidding bro well I like the idea of lavender too and the smell of fresh air over the ever green. the smell of mist and fresh cold felling and warmth sunshine that gives new hope of a beautiful day ....have a great day bro...

Ha! Great question. To me, it smells like coffee, or reminds me of coffee, because I'm often checking Mylot when I first sign onto the computer in the morning, & I'm having my first cup of java. If I smell burning rubber or electronics when using Mylot, that would mean that my laptop is frying and I need to unplug it and back away!

I have never given it much thought as to what Mylot smells like to me before. I had to sit here and think about it for a minute or two. I would have to say that it smells like a cave to me. I am not sure why.

For me it is full of roses or levender etc. or sometime fruits like apple.

har har har this is a cool discussion, i dont really compare mylot to something fragrant or smelly so i it made me think and pause for a few minutes. so you are The Rock fan, so am i. i can compare mylot to a box of donut and a cup of coffee. i mean the smeel of donuts and a cup of coffee. for the reason, that smell is inviting and irrisistable. but i dont mylot everyday for there are days when i am really busy. and i dont eat donut everyday as well. though i drink coffee daily. so mylot smells irrisistable but i cant take it daily. i wish i could but i cant. like donuts i wish i could but i cant

Very interesting question. I can't really explain that well but to me it would be garlic. Just because there are a lot of people here from a lot of different countries and cultures, and when I think about other cultures and countries and think about food. I think about aromatic dishes and food and garlic is very aromatic and it is used by many different cultures for seasoning, and that is smell I think of when I think of mylot, and that is a good thing because I am thinking of very tasty food.

Hi zed_k4, I don't get any smell from Mylot, but saying that, the only time I get a smell its a sweet smell of sucess when the paying out time comes around, lol! Tamara

Mylot smells everything in this world. It has a lot of things that mylot smell of. Mylot for me it smells like a delicious food. Whenever I am here I cannot resist to taste all the menus in the icon of my interest. I will go to the mylot kitchen when I want to eat. Form the pictures here in the discussions up to the photos of the mylot bloggers oh, all are complete.When I am absent here like yesterday and the other day I feel so hungry! I cannot live with out mylot, promise. Mylot for me smells like a fragrant perfume. I can smell it for the whole day. Even I am in another activity, mylot keep on haunting me. Yeah, I need the smell of mylot to make me feel so fragrant like a fresh flower. Mylot smells like a bill or a note of any currency. Yes I can smell mylot with a lot of money. When I talk to my friends I never failed to open about the experience I have here. I always tell them about how it will give us money. I believe with this I could convince them to join under me.Luckily I have now total referrals of twenty.But so far I earned only a total of twenty cents until yesterday. Mylot I love the smell of books here. This is my habit when I love my book I read I can't help myself to smell it. So as the mylot, for me this is my special book. From here I learned alot. And I believe I could still learn more until I am here in my favorite mylot. Hope you would not smell my post as.... corny!

Ok.. The smell of my lot is too complicated n strange for me but i'm trying to understade, it just like the smell its like a food:) for me cause i'm going to earn from this site.

Hi there Zed! Depends where I'm reading but there is certainly always an international smell here. The food from all over the world always gets a mention every day and some of the desctiptions are so interesting that it does bring on the aroma of whatever is cooking. I hear sounds like the sound of the laughter from the kids playing, sometimes sadly with the bullies who have the loudest voice I have also smelt the green grass of England some time back when responding to a discussion about mowing the lawns. That smell made it feel really like home here!

What a great discussion! Its funny because when I think of MyLot I always get the smell of a doctor's office. THe steril smell. I have know Idea as to why. I always envision a big room with tons of computers. Everyone has a sign with their country or town on it. Kind of like the political rallies. Everyone is seated in their own cubicle and has a head set on. The overall smell is a hospital smell. I have no idea why. I know I am CRAZY! That's been a fact for sometime now.lol dl

And I thought I was the weirdest person on earth but now I am second place,zed_k4 websites do not smell and never will if you do not believe do yourself a favor and do some research.

This is an interesting topic.I wonder how I missed out on this till now.Better late than never I guess..lol MyLot smells of numerous things to me. On some days it smells of cheesecake ( Coz I love cheesecake and responded to it at some crazy hour at night.I was real hungry then..lol) On some others, it smells of innocence. At times its love and happiness and at others,its a friend wanting some advice,support or simply someone he/she can vent to. At times, its the smell of a family having wonderful times and then at times, its what makes you realize how lucky and kind life has been to you. So when you say smells that I associate with myLot they would be: lavender ( calmness and soothing), a new born baby ( innocence), cheesecake and vanilla ( happiness and tempting) and the smell of wet mud after the first rains ( memories from my childhood that make life worth living).
