I have heard most scientist and herbologists say that eating raw vegetables is very healthy since it retains all the nutrients contained in the food matter, whereas when we cook the food most of the vitamins and minerals get lost. But,it is also a matter of fact that raw vegetables could contain germs, which are killed if we cook the food. I eat raw vegetables like cucumber, carrot etc.. So,do you take raw vegetables..

Yes I do. I fry my onions and put them in my spaghetti or chili. Or I fry my red peppers and do the same.

Wat you had heard is absolutely right. U gain nutrients when have raw food especially vegetable's. Vegetables has property to lose its nutrients when u cook, boil it in hot water:-(. It is better to have the vegetable's in raw form and keeps our health good. I eat carrot, bean's, cucumber, tomato, cabbage.

I like to eat salad every day. I have one at the moment that has lettuce, red cabbage and carrot. It is such a lovely meal to eat and I add pine nuts on top of it. I eat lots of carrots that I buy with the tops still on. They are always of excellent quality. I like to eat cauliflower with it. The only vegetable I think is wise to cook is potato. I have always eaten raw vegetables because they are healthy and crunchy.

I generally prefer raw veggies over cooked ones with an exception being potatoes. I love to munch on baby carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, and squash. I don't worry at all about germs in/on my veggies. I always wash and soak them first in a microdyne solution. That is the first thing I do when I come back from the store or market with fresh fruits and vegetables. I fill my sink, put in 10 drops of microdyne and let them sit while I unpack the rest of the groceries. Then they are always ready for me to pull out of the fridge and eat.

i think i do eat raw vegetables, especially when i do vegetable salad. although it's healthy style of eating vegetable, but i still like to cook them, especially to do roast vegetable, really yummy. i think if you just eat raw vegetable, you would find some are not very tasty. if you put salad source, but the source will not good to your healthy. if i choose to eat raw vegetable i think the number one is cherry tomato. anything else i can't think without adding salad source.

Yes but only few of them. Like carrot, cucumber, singkamas or look like camote, ampalaya or bitter gourd, tomatoes. They are very good to eat and I can have a 2 cup rice for it. Yes now a days we should be careful in eating raw vegetables. We should wash it 3 times so that the chemicals from spraying will go away. Also I can eat raw of cabbage with mayonnaise. It is so yummy and veggie.

Yes I do eat a lot of vegetables raw like onion, carrot, cucumber, tomato. Generally I eat it in the form of a salad. Eating raw vegetables are very good for health, but some cannot be had raw because it just looks bad to eat it right away.

I often eat raw vegetables. My mom grow some greens in our backyard. I believe they are with no germs. I can eat them with no fear of poisoning. The kinds of raw vegetables I eat is not very much. Why I eat them uncooked is just I think it is more delicious.

I love vegetables, cooked or raw. In fact I am much more of a vegetable eater than a fruit eater. I know I need to each much more fruit but don't really crave it. I eat more fruit in the summer because of the availability of cantaloupe, cherries, nectarines and plums. Year round I buy plenty of vegetable. The ones I like eating raw is peppers-red, green, orange, yellow. They contain alot of vitamin C. I like cucumbers, zucchini, red onion - mostly added to a salad. I eat broccoli usually cooked 1 to 2 times per week. I am growing cherry tomatoes right now and they are so good, just like candy but without the calories and lots of vitamin C.

I have tried it and it is really very good. A lot of people have been saying that it is good for the body. It is much more nutritious. You are sure that all the nutrients are still intact. But one thing that we must do is to wash them well.

I eat raw vegetables too but not that often. Maybe just wash the vegetables and rinse with clean water will get the dirt away. Anyhow I still prefer to cook the vegetables and eat. It is more aroma smell if cook vegetables with garlic.
