Need help with identifying a song.

The song is sung by a male singer I think. He sings in a very high voice, and chorus goes something like that: "...And I...(long I) ... wanna fall in loooove... He sings in a kind of stoned voice or something. I know it's very few information about a song, but perhaps anyone knows the track I'm talking about. Note that singers voice is slightly similar to Depeche Mode singers voice.

What type of music is this ? That may help. I have a friend that could tell you instanlly though he is not here right now.Give a few of your favorite lyrics in it.I am sure with more info. Someone will get it.

Sorry, forgot to mention that this song is kind of ballad or something like that. Unfortunately, I don't rememember anymore lyrics, just that verse part that kept haunting me for long time.
