Who Praposes More? Men.......?OR Women........?

Generally speking men wiil prapose more.Not mean that women will not prapose.Because they will not have courage to express ther feelings.But not all womens are like that.

yeah i am sure that men propose way more than women do. i think that it is more tradition than anything else. But i suppose with women becoming more and more independent each day that may flip flop, then again it may not.
