Is surrogacy allowed in your country?

The other day I was responding to a discussion about surrogacy, and it made me wonder how other countries look at surrogate mothers. Here in Denmark the rules are pretty complicated. Surrogacy as such is not against the law, but the woman is not allowed to receive any money. It is okay to be a surrogate mother for a sister, a close friend etc as long as there is no money involved. Danish couples are not allowed to find (and pay) a surrogate mother in another country. Some people do it anyway, but it is illegal. I know that some countries have different rules about surrogancy and that some women get paid for being a surrogate mother. What is it like in your country? Are surrogate mothers allowed?

Here in our country is not illegal because there is no law punishing it. In our laws that perhaps called artificial insemination where the sperm is injected to a woman but if the guy will injected on a woman not his wife they are charge both with adultery and concubinage... That what I know, my friend...

Every country has its own laid out rules to avoid future complications. Though paying and taking money may be illegal, but there are people who does these things under cover. I am not sure my country allows this or not but there are many such incidents taking place all over.
