how to change my avtar

hi mylot friends,
i wish to change my avatar in mylot,i wish to create some thing interesting to my mylot friends,i have gone to my profile and i could not find how to change my avatar,so kindly let me know the details about changing the avatar and where i can get new avatars in the net or new avatars are available at mylot itself?

This question gets asked often by newer members. I asked it too, when I first joined, lol.
Go to the "preferences" link near the top of the page, and there'll be a place to upload a new avatar. :)

Just to add to the first comment, "preferences" is located at the top next to the links to your proifile and earnings.

Oh, and any photo can be uploaded from your computer to create a new avatar.
