Perfect adventure...

oh yes...i heard lots of beutiful things about Bohol and i really want to visit your place...i am just from Cebu but i don't really have time...but i hope we can do it this year...by the way, i heard that taking pictures with tarsiers are no longer allowed? but anyway, i still want to see Bohol and the Loboc River...

My friends are there right now. They have been touring the area for almost two weeks now. I'm so sad I am not with them. Aside from those places you mentioned, Bohol can also take pride for being one of the provinces in the Philippines that gives primary consideration to nature conservation and preservation. They are even willing to sacrifice some of their income just to make the tarsiers get back to their normal life. Also, there are marine sanctuaries in the area for sea water life enthusiasts.

In the future I hope to visit the Philippines one day. If so I will fly into Cebu Island instead of Manila City. Then I will be able to take a ferry over to Bohol Island. There I would be able to see the Chocolate Hills, the perfect white beaches, meet the tasiers and do some snorkeling to coral reef. I would do some island hopping and lots more snorkeling. I adore traveling to different countries and the Philippines is one of the countries on my travel wish list.

Sounds like a little bit of heaven. How expensive is it to plan a trip of one week to visit and see some of the things that you mentioned? I am sure that I would have to type for several years (on mylot) to earn enough to go. But thank you for the pictures! They made me want to go right now!!

I have been to almost most parts of the islands, but sadly, I haven't been to Bohol yet.... It was because I was always busy, or I wasn't I had no companion... huhuuhuhhu They say, that every Filipino, should take pride and experience Bohol as it is a paradise! Hope to be there one day sistah!
