Hi guys! I come up with this topic because I would like to know how individual from different side of the world how often they shampoo their hair and do they always use the same brand? I believe, it really depends on individual's environment and how active they are. Some experts say we shouldn't wash our hair everyday, it strips it of its natural oils. Some shampoos and conditioners will actually say okay for daily use. I wash my hair everyday because it feels dirty after one day and my hair is still very healthy. I don't usually stick to one brand because it cause irritation to my scalp.

I wash my hair twice and week and then use dry shampoo inbetween to freshen it up. Firstly because i dont have much time on my hands what with my daughter and secondly my hair goes really horrible if i wash it too much. Thats plenty for me, i find the dry shampoo works wonders. I usually use Tresemme hair products.

I have always washed my hair everyday unless I'm sick and not going out. If I don't wash my hair then my hair looks like bed hair and it feels dirty and uncomfortable. I usually use the same shampoo but change the different smells.

I wash mine every day. If I don't wash it I do not feel right. I feel all disgusting and greasy and I can't stand that feeling. So I have to shower and wash my hair every day before I go anywhere. I even take a shower and wash my hair before going swimming, even in a lake. My wife thinks that's funny. She is like your just going to get wet anyways, take a shower afterwards.

I wash my hair every day. every once in a while I might skip one day but I still wash it with hot water in the shower. I have to wash it the next day though or it would feel really dirty. I have been using baby shampoo lately but I don't always use the same kind of shampoo.

I wash my hair everyday. I'll get headache if I skip one day, I don't know why. And the shampoo has been the same brands and type for almost 10 years now, never have problem with that :) except in case of urgency, I have to stay overnight somewhere and forgot my shampoo, I could use different shampoo. I'm really satisfied with this brand.

Hi there...I remember, I've posted a topic just like this a year ago. And based on the responses, shampooing everyday takes away natural oils from our scalp and hair. Personally, since I was a teenager, which was ages ago, lol, I do shampoo every other day. But I do wash my hair everyday using only conditioner. HUGZ!!!

I wash my hair about three times a day or every other day of the week. I do not use the same brand every time, if I run out of the shampoo that I am using then I go to the store and get the first one I see. I do not wash my hair everyday, because some people say that it could fall out that way.

Well, I shampoo once every two days or so. If I'm sweating alot, then it will be daily use. As for different brands, it doesn't matter much for me. If it runs out I might buy a different type or stick with the same.

I typically wash my hair every other day to every 3rd day. I used to wash my hair every day because I swam every day for the swim team and had to wash my hair on a daily basis to keep the chlorine out of it. But during that time I did notice that my hair was very dry. So, whenever I am not in a pool I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week. It seems to keep it healthier. I do always use the same kind of shampoo and conditioner. I don't tend to get scalp irritation from it.

i shampoo my hair biweekly. I could never shampoo my hair everyday beause it will become too dry and break off. I do use the same shampoo and conditioner each time because it works for me.

I usually wash my hair every other day, so about 3 times per week. My hair is fairly healthy, but each time I wash and dry it, I often use a blowdryer after towel drying it very good and then I sometimes flat-iron it, so I would rather not do that daily. My hair doesn't usually get too dirty since I work in an air-conditioned office and do not exert myself too much. Of course, if I were to sweat or exercise or anything like that, I would certainly wash my hair after such activities. I usually use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner. Sometimes I use a different variety but it's 90% of the time the same brand. I prefer brands that are cruelty-free meaning they do not use animal derived ingredients or perform animal testing.

I shampoo my hair every day. I just can't stand not shampooing my hair every day because I always go out, and we all know how dirty people get when they go out. I don't stick to one brand of shampoo because I find that when I do stick to one brand, it only works well on my hair for the first few weeks. After that the shampoo does not have the same effect on my hair anymore. I don't know why this happens. I then use another brand of shampoo. After a while I return to my original brand and then the original would work well again.

I wash my hair every other day, without a fail. I am a little nervous about washing it daily coz where we stay, the chlorine content in the water is on the higher side. That would cause greys at a younger age.So every other day is good enough for me.lol I don't change shampoo brands too often.I normally use either Panteen or Loreal. Currently I am using Loreal. :)

I once used shampoo daily and it made my hair dry and also the softness gone. As my country is hot always we need to apply something wet to our hair like oil, gel. But applying shampoo twice a week is necessary due to lot of dust. Cheers...

I usually keep my hair short, so washing hair often is not a question I must be bothered about. But, yes, I do wash them twice a week. I play a lot and because of that there is a lot of sweating on the scalp which causes itching and irritation. Applying oil the previous night and then washing them the next morning can be very helpful as it nourishes the hair and also washing keeps the hair clean.
