Is it true that night life damages your life directions such as studying?

i think it depends. it depends on the person who is doing it. i know people who have night lives but at the same time still get good grades and excel in their studies. i think there's nothing wrong with partying as long as you know your responsibilities as a student or whatever stage you are in life. all work and no play makes a very dull person but one should also know his/her limitations. :]

yes it can, but along as you are studying extra hard most other times then you should be fine. But it does affect study. but i believe "work hard, play harder".

You can still enjoy "the night life" and be a good student. It's going to be about time management - how well you manage the time spent partying, etc. vs how much time you are still willing to devote to your studies. I know many students who go out one weekend nite a week or once a month, or even every night and still pull good grades. If someones classes don't start until 11am and end at 4 or 5, there's no real reason that they cant go out from 8pm til 10-midnite, assuming that they have no job/family obligations. When I was in college, I went to class from 7am til 1pm two days a week, and from 7a-1pm and 7p-9pm one day a week. Plenty of time to still enjoy life!!!

Yes, it does. As a teenager or young adult, you must divert all your energies in getting that college degree. Partying or chilling out with friends is also important but it should never harm your academics.
