I like the little packets of crystal light that you can just empty into a water bottle and go....I really like the raspberry lemonade. But last week I bought some mango peach with metabolism plus. I drank one bottle and got the jitters so bad that I gave it away. My hands litteraly shook. It says not for weight control...go I asume it's an energy drink. Have you tried Crystal light on the go with metabolism plus?

I know you said you didn't like the caffine as it made you jittery, but well, i drink a lot of caffinated drinks and would be at a loss without it LoL, my question is, how did it taste though? Because the flavor sounds interesting, and i would be intersted in giving this product a try if it had good flavor. Most of the energy drinks i consume tend to have a lot of sugar in them (and the sugar free ones i have tried taste gross...not because i can't stand artificial sweetners, i drink diet soadas all the time, but just that the flavor mixes are strange) So if this product had a decent flavor, it would be a good sugar free option for me when i need that caffine boost!

My mom has tried those. She really likes them. Of course it would help if she got and did stuff, ya know to make her metabolism work. She's turning into a hermit almost.

I wish that was it. But she needs to get a job, and is afraid to try. The last job she had ended badly. Now, even though my dad desperately needs her to get a job, she isn't trying at all. I've ALWAYS backed my mom, but right now it's hard to be supportive when my dad is working his rear off making extra money. I know how depression is, but it's been two years...All I can do is pray, and listen to her when she needs to talk. It's not my business anyway, so I'm not going to butt in.

Nope, I haven't tried Crystal Light on the go. Maybe alot of caffeine? I do drink the pink lemonade when I'm trying to stay away from soda. My first choice is Pepsi and I am so bad about it. Love that stuff! I make a big pitcher and drink the whole thing by myself in about 5 days time.

Does it have caffeine in it? I liked Crystal light too but can't seem to find any lately in the supermarket. I haven't heard of this one though. I'm jittery enough already so would not take it.

It must have tons of caffiene in it....I don't drink alot of caffiene anymore so I think that's why it made me so jittery!

What most people don't read on the label is the serving size I too made this mistake when I first tried the same thing. Then I read the Label and it says that one packet if for two servings. So you are supposed to only use half of the little packet in to one bottle of water at a time so one little packet of Crystal Lite is made for TWO Bottles of water. After figuring this out, its never happened again and it actually tastes better and makes me feel pretty good after doing so. Hope this helps out :)

No Problem, and as for the caffeine. Don't worry about it that much, since it is for metabolism the caffeine actually boosts it. Just remember that one pack is for TWO bottles ;-D
