"Thing is, iTouch should not explode within two drops. That's like a bomb or something! Apple is a big company, why not just pay the poor man back? If there is a problem, admit it! Then tell everyone to rest assured as they are fixing the problem and such. Maybe go on a recall or something... Telling people "Not to tell anyone" is a bad idea. That makes everyone else suspicious of the event..."
