Filipinos are known to have rice as a staple food. So yes, I am guilty! I am a rice person. I can't go on a day without having rice on my meal. The most rice I can consume is probably 3 cups a meal (that's when im REALLY hungry). How about you? Are you a rice person?

I am a Filipno and I grew up eating rice at least twice a day, but now I don't eat rice everyday, we eat it every other day. Sometimes I even go for few days not having rice, but I still love rice though, so I guess yes, I am a rice person, lol.

I like rice. I do not eat it with every meal, but I probably could. There are many different ways to prepare rice, and there are many different recipes that rice can be used for, so I could see being able to use it for every meal. It is much better for you than potatoes, which are a staple of the American diet. If Americans would eat more rice, and eat fewer potatoes, we may not be the fattest country on the globe LOL

I like rice but it´s not my staple food. And now that I´m older I have found that I´m less interested in carbohidrates, probably because I lead a more sedentary life. I´m more for veggies now to acompany a nice fish or meat.

I am a Filipino and I'd say that rice is already part of my daily meal.I have grown up eating rice for breakfast until dinner.I'd say I can't live without rice or if I can,it still wouldn't be the same to have a meal without rice.

I love eating rice at lunch and dinner. Sometimes I eat fried rice at breakfast when pandesal is not available. I prefer rice over hamburger or oatmeal because the latter two are lighter in the stomach. I can't go without it. It's part of my diet as a Filipino
