I should say..there are some commons in clannad and LuckyStar!
maybe I should suggest you to watch Suzumiya haruhi no yuuutsu called "the Melancholy of Suzumiya haruhi"
that's similar to LuckyStar~

Clannad was very similar to lucky star, it has the same humer base.

LOL, i agree, hmm, ive never heard of Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. is there anywhere that I can give it a look?

That's 500% true, at first I wasn't sure about Lucky Star but in the end I loved it! but I must say it scared me to find that I many things in common with Konata-chan and his father (more with his father) it's a great anime along with Azumanga Daio and Girls High.

I love that anime!! It is soooooo adorable xD
and it resembles Azumanga Daioh too.
Should you have some free time, do try watching Azumanga Daioh too. If you are a fan of Lucky star, I believe you will like this anime as well. :D

I saw the OVA for it and loved it. I want to watch more, it is adorable, funny, and just fun. All things I enjoy from series to break up the darker dramas I watch.
