Would you ever consider meeting up with someone you've met on the internet?

So far I was keen on interested my friends on the internet, but after your warning I should think twice I feel. But just my mere meeting each other if there is a chance I do not think will do much harm what do you say?

hello there.... well, i've got so many friends in the internet..but i dont really talk to them that much except for a one good friend of mine... well, if i have a chance to meet him, i would be glad, since he's the only internet friend i would ever want to meet in person..and i guess, it would be ok since my parents already know about him... Hey, Yea I have thought about it, but then again, some people are not better to meet in real life. I mean, it is good to actually meet up with them if you know them a lot, and exchange photos with them and things like that. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I'm not sure if I would.. it would definitely have to take me a longgg time meeting them online ( and definitely also skyping) to see how and who the person is like to meet them in person.. i dunnno.. with so much scamming happening on the internet.. i dont know if i can just trust meeting anyone on the internet... im glad you've met friends this way I'm absolutely sure it's possible... i'm just again afraid of the few individual stories i've heard that have kinda put me off it in general..
