I have heard of this site and posted back to a few jobs but never received a reply. Today because I found your posting about it I went back to it and checked out the jobs listed now....I applied to 4 of them...so I will keep you updated on the status :)

This site sounds good...I am a member of lime exchanhe which is the same & free but you have to sign up to the site...I like the idea of not having to sign up to be involved & apply for jobs
