I saw the Korea soup like to fill the white carrot in every soup.I believe it may be the Korea tradition.For me i like to fill carrots in my soup sometime but not everytime.Then Do you like to fill carrots in your soup????

Yes, I fill my soup with carrots too.. either white or red.. I also have some dried carrots in the soup if I can't find any of those fresh ones.. having carrots in soup make it have a distinct taste, and I love that very much.. you have a nice week ahead..

cwong and busky, I love carrots too. I always cook soup with carrots. Sometimes I cook soup with red carrots and sometime I use white carrots, I think they are called white radish too? Anywhere, I never come across any dried carrot. Cwong, can you share with me how does it look like? And where can you got it?
On top of that, I like to drink fresh carrot juice. If I am lazy to cook soup, I will make fresh juice with carrots.

To be frank,I did not take notice of it before . In my view ,I don't like carrot very much . Sometimes it make soups tasty when you add it into the soup. Koea soup is Greak to me .You'd better ask Koreans for help .I think you will get satisfied answers from them .
