When do you begin to sleep usually?

I have a very caring baby, which she will want me to sleep with her at the hour of 8.30pm usually.. then I will try to get up again in the wee hours, midnight to come MyLot, start my blog, and others.. However, when I used to work, I go to bed not later than 12am.. and on weekends, I can stay up till the whole night, but replenish the sleep the next morning..

Hi there,I am not having any particular timing for sleeping.I mean no planning in my life...My sleeping time depends on several factors.Like if I do some word in the day time then I'll sleep early.If there is any football match on TV,then I'll sleep around 1:00 or 2:00Am.I really cannot control my sleep,most of times (especially during my exams)I look to wake up in the early morning,but I will sleep for 8-9hours. Basically doctors say that for a good health 6-7 hours of sleep is enough.If I dont get sleep in the night then I'll try to read some book,which will easily bring me the sleep form no where.

hehe, thank you for interest, you like football, i haven't seen football tv for a long time. about sleep hours for me, i don't know if what the doctor says is true, but when i sleep over 8 hours, i feel dozed still,so 7~8 hours is enough. (laugh)

Hi! Every weekday I go to sleep at 12 A.M. and sleep about 6-7 hours. However on the weekend I usually go to sleep about 2 A.M. and sleep until 11 A.M. i used to be awake at night and sleep in daytime, but it effected my health and mood negatively, so I have quit doing that. Jolly mylotting!

Every weekdays I sleep from 10 every night and sometimes when I surf the internet I sleep from 12 in the evening. while every weekend i sleep sometimes at 2 pm in the evening. During the day I wake up every 6 am in the morning and when get tired, sometimes i wake up 10 am in the morning...I am trying to reduce my sleepless nights by trying to sleep more then 8 hours every night. i feel weak when I get less sleep throughout the day..I am changing my habit now and try to live more healthier life...

i usually sleep at like 2 am because i procrastinate a lot but i have to get my school work done so the only option for me is the stay up late. haha :P i've gotten used to it by now. i do want to go back to my old habits of sleeping at 12 am, but i don't even know how to do that anymore...

hehe, you sleep so late, if you take part-time in your campus, it is Futsuu. my friend took two part-time at night, untl sleep at 3:00,he got up and went to school at 10:00, after school he went to work in shop at 6:30, he didn't take a rest at all, Maitta..... Enjoy mylot!
