My laptop at home suddenly developed a frizz. I open the computer, and it's okay for like a couple of minutes, then it start to frizz on the top of the screen, then it will spread bigger towards the side. I tried everything from playing with the lcd angle, to re-installing the graphic driver to even deactivating my video card to use the motherboard's internal video gard.. Anyone having any issues like this? Any suggestions? Or is it that my lcd's life is over and that I need to get a new laptop?? Anyone??

Sounds like heat build-up. Is the laptop ventillating itself sufficiently with the case fans? Does the laptop feel hot to the touch? Try pointing a desk fan at the laptop... if that helps, you'll know that it's a heat issue for sure.

I tried, I put a fan beside it, and I don't lay the computer flat on the table... I don't know.. It really could just be the board or the wire.. I'm just sooo upset about this.. sighs... Now I most prolly need to buy a new computer!! arrrgghhh

Well, if worse comes to worst, you could always attach an external monitor to the laptop. Attach an external keyboard and mouse, then you'll end up with a nice little improvised desktop PC. Otherwise, just slap the harddisk in to an external case and attach it to another computer to use or copy off the data.

If you keep re-installing stuff and rebooting, the computer might crash. Maybe buying a new one will be a better choice.

Yeah.. that's what I was thinking.. I wouldn't want it to crash.. It still can be used for like 5-10 minutes, and that's enough time for me to transfer some important files I want for the new computer.. Yeah.. I guess I'll need to get a new one.. arrghh..
