Just ignore what TV channels are showing. If you notice they are very free with blame and sensationalism. While expressing concern over the pandemic, none of them has broadcast any thing about prevention. Here are broad guidelines to prevent infection of H1N1 flu. Avoid crowded places. Hospitals, shopping malls, bus/train stations etc. If you work there then protect your self with a mask. Change the mask once in 3 hours or earlier if you have noticed someone coughing/sneezing repeatedly near you. Wash the exposed areas of your body with a good disinfectant soap regularly say once in two hours or at least wipe with a tissue soaked in cologne. If you suspect you have the symptoms please consult your doctor/health center. Early detection is the key to a rapid cure. Do not medicate your self.
