What are other earning sites for writers on the internet?

I am a contributor at AC but I am never fully satisfied with earning there, especially since I am not usually very good at promoting my content on the web. Do you have any legitimate paying sites on the internet where you can submit articles of various niches? I have been content writing for a while and can pretty much do great with just about any type of niche, so as long as I have a site that would pay good, then I have no problem with jumping at the opportunity. Thanks!

I don't have sites to offer, and since you are already on AC, well you could perhaps try to promote it on your Twitter account. Another thing here which I'm trying too would be to try to get some active referrals for my account here in mylot. I am going to try once more, perhaps getting 1 or 2 to suffice. Seems mylot population is getting around 181,211 as of now, it would be great to have a go at active referrals. Let's try, shall we? Ha.. that's an idea for you, if you are at it..

I like your optimistic thoughts so much. It is great that you are able to take it all in your stride and to keep on working for better results. All the best for your quest.

Great idea, but i think it would be difficult to convince anyone to join in here on the site. not unless they spend a great deal of time each day over the internet. but, gotta keep trying! Well, i need to be optimistic about it and keep working hard. still on the process of searching for more great article writing sites since there are bigger potentials out there.

I have tried elance but the process of setting up your profile is a bit tedious so i lost interest. i want something like AC that is easy to setup and i can start publishing my write-ups whenever i can and once it is published i have the potential to earn from it. is hubpages or ehow a good place for this? thanks

Some other writing sites that pay you for articles are Bukisa, ContentCaboodle and Helium. Helium also has a Marketplace with writing projects. Also if you look up revenue sharing article directories you can earn money with them.

Thanks for the tip Lukkyr. Will try my hands on those sites you mentioned one day. I am still on the process of organizing my ideas before I get started. again, thanks!

Hi Abbypringles, I suggest learning seo techniques in writing. Then using the same article, write in different ways, and post to different sites. In that case, you will have no problem making money from one single article. You can consider joining Bukisa to repost the same article that you post in AC. You can rewrite the article, by changing one or two words in each sentence, and repost in your blog. You can try writing news and post in AC. Those are the articles that always attract page views in first few days. Eg, if you are writing about hurricane, keep repeating the name of hurricane, just make sure you put down the source. Bukisa does not allow news.

Sure, smartboy. Just keep an eye on this thread or share your views on any of the sites suggested for by the other respondents to the thread. If you might read below, some have really nice suggestions and if you want to earn through article writing, then you can try your hands on a few of them. Good luck to us!
